Your account will be deleted if you don't enter the site for more than a month. If you are a premium click on the link on the bottom "cancel membership" 6. I uploaded 1 video where are my premium points? You will recieve your points WHEN and IF we approve your video. We do not approve videos that are not related to nimal sex and that already exists in our database. 7. My credit card was declined. Why? This is due to the anti-fraud filter of the billing company. We are realy sorry but we can't do nothing about. 8. I was a premium member but now my status is free. Why? This means that your credit card didn't pass the second verification process. Notnig can be done in this case and your card will not be billed. Please don't write e-mails to ask what is going on. We can't help you in this case. This also could mean that your membership period is over. 9. I downloaded videos but can't watch them. You can watch the videos in your browser or you can use video player like this free player. 10.
